The levels of frustration when trying to get sign-off for an instructor for these materials they've outlined is not impossible, but close enough. The TAAF process in it's current form presents some challenges and managing and maintaining them are a pain.

Helen's morning routine is sacred to her. Up every morning at 6:30am, walk the dogs by 7:00am, a cup of coffee and out the door to work by 8:00am, give or take 15 minutes. Upon arriving at work and saying hello to her friends, Helen darts to the break area for another cup of coffee.
After addressing the outstanding emails, scheduling meetings for next week and a quick walk at 10am with a friend from Finance, she needs to set aside some time to tracking down the ISBNs handed off to her by the Instructor for textbooks to add to the TAAF. Not one of her favorite things to do. This means Helen is responsible for keeping track of textbook editions, if the textbook can be reused from a previous semeter, and filling out the form for the intstructor to sign-off on.
