The end goal of this effort was to modernize the financial aid textbook affordability from a PDF into part of the staff portal. After having met with a number of instructors and assistants, the pain points were clear that everyone involved wanted a shared responsibility in the process and the biggest hurdles were locating the books and the approval process for the instructors.
